Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy, customer‑focussed store with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will manage a team, drive service standards, and ensure the store delivers strong commercial performance while delivering great customer experiences daily.

In this role you will recruit, train and develop colleagues, build local community relationships and champion an inclusive culture. You’ll work flexible hours to meet customer needs, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to spot and develop talent and coach others.
• Strong leadership to create a successful team culture and deliver customer service excellence.
• Ability to influence, listen, and understand others to drive new ways of doing things.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team to meet store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the Morrisons customer experience as the market’s best.
• Challenge and innovate to serve customers better.
• Drive the store’s commercial performance as if it were your own business.
• Lead all people activities including recruitment, induction, training and development.
