Zusammenfassung

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager for a busy UK store. You will run the store with an entrepreneurial mindset, prioritising customers, colleagues and the local community.

You will report to the Area Manager and lead a team to deliver the Morrisons customer experience and strong store performance. You will recruit, induct and develop people, foster an inclusive culture and build external partnerships to support the local community.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in fast paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to spot and develop talent and coach teams.
• Influence, listen and inspire to drive store performance.
• Hands-on attitude to support the team and deliver objectives.
• Resilience and problem-solving under busy store conditions.
