Morrisons is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large team and deliver a welcoming shopping experience for customers. You will drive performance, coach staff on the shop floor, and ensure the store operates to high standards across Market Street.

You will report to the Regional Manager, own the store operations, and work to develop future leaders while partnering with the local community to make a positive impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large, fast-paced team in food retail.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills with a focus on trust and development.
• Deep knowledge of store operations, Market Street, and food retail standards.
