Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to run a store with an entrepreneurial spirit, prioritising customers, colleagues and the local community. You’ll lead your team to create a welcoming, high-performing shop and ensure strong service standards daily.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive people development, recruit and train staff, and focus on delivering excellent customer experiences while managing the store’s commercial performance.
