Sainsbury's Limited in Ludlow is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our small store. You’ll work with a tight team to keep daily operations running smoothly, ensure product availability and high service standards, and be the sole manager in charge at times.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Delivers brilliant customer service and coaches a team to do the same.
• Leads operations and manages store performance when senior managers are absent.
• Experience of meeting KPIs such as sales, availability and colleague engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a small team of managers to run the store like clockwork.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day running as the sole on-site manager at times.
• Lead a team to serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance and scheduling, including disciplinaries and pay.
• Be prepared to support other stores when needed.
