Sainsbury's Limited in Droitwich is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Convenience store to drive daily operations and service excellence. You will lead a small team to ensure the store runs smoothly, delivering strong customer experiences from opening through close.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance and scheduling, and help achieve KPIs while upholding safety and availability standards. Occasional support for nearby stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to coach a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store runs like clockwork on a day-to-day basis.
• Take responsibility for store operations and be the only manager in at times.
• Lead a team to serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance, capability, and scheduling, including disciplinary matters.
• Occasionally support nearby stores as needed.
