Job summary

Retail is seeking a capable store manager to lead daily operations and a small management team. You’ll ensure smooth running, exceptional customer service, and efficient team scheduling while maintaining safety and standards.

In this role you’ll coach colleagues, drive KPI performance, and handle employee relations. The position rewards strong leadership with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering brilliant customer service and coaching teams.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership in store absence of senior managers.
• Consistent delivery of KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).
• Experience handling employee relations issues including performance and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the store, often the sole manager on duty.
• Collaborate to complete all tasks and serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance, coaching, scheduling and pay accuracy for the team.
• Occasionally support other stores within our network when needed.
