Job summary

Boots Opticians in Belfast is seeking a Store Manager to lead a customer-focused healthcare retail team, drive performance and deliver exceptional care to customers and patients.

You'll coach colleagues, manage clinics, oversee P&L and build strong relationships with local healthcare partners while nurturing a positive, high-performing store culture.

You'll develop people, plan clinics, leverage data for decisions and champion safe, compliant operations to sustain outstanding service.
