As a member of The North Face, you will manage inventory, budgeting and merchandising, report on KPIs, and ensure the store looks its best. English fluency and proficiency with MS Office/POS are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring store teams to drive a customer-first approach.
• Strong budgeting, planning, retail operations and merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
