You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage daily store operations, and align with VF brand standards. You’ll drive sales, train staff, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Weekend availability is expected to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers to drive satisfaction and sales.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor store teams.
• Experience running a store including budgeting and planning.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor store teams to deliver a customer-first approach.
• Implement retail processes and seek improvements.
• Oversee inventory and P&L, reporting KPIs to improve results.
• Maintain store appearance per brand guidelines.
