The North Face in Bridgend, Wales is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and uphold our brand standards across merchandising and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a store team and driving customer experience.
• Strong understanding of retail operations including budgeting and planning.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and visual merchandising.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor store teams to deliver a customer-first approach.
• Implement established retail processes while seeking improvements.
• Oversee core operational procedures such as inventory and P&L.
• Report performance metrics and use KPIs to drive store results.
• Ensure store presentation aligns with brand visual merchandising guidelines.
