Job summary

The North Face in Bridgend, Wales is seeking an outstanding Store Manager to lead a team and shape the customer experience in our flagship store. You will drive sales, mentor staff and own store operations with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

You’ll live our Guiding Principles while coordinating retail processes, inventory controls and visual merchandising to ensure a best-in-class shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and driving sales
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Strong budgeting and planning capabilities

Responsibilities
