Job summary

The North Face in Bridgend, Wales is seeking a Store Manager who will lead and develop a team, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will implement retail processes, manage inventory and P&L, and ensure the store looks aligned with brand guidelines while maintaining KPI performance. English communication essential; MS Office and POS skills beneficial. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and driving a customer-first approach.
• Experience budgeting, planning, retail operations and merchandising.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor store teams to deliver a customer-first approach.
• Implement established retail processes while looking for improvements.
• Keep on top of inventory, P&L and core retail operations.
• Report performance metrics and KPIs to improve store results.
• Ensure the store appearance aligns with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
