You will oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising and cash handling, and you will recruit, train, and develop staff to maximize performance and engagement. A passion for retail and leadership is essential to success at Clarks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
