Clarks store in Southampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, cash handling, and stock control in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

• Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
