Job summary

Morrisons is looking for an inspirational Store Manager to lead your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, putting customers, colleagues and local communities first.

You will report to the Area Manager and drive team performance, implement Morrisons standards, recruit and develop colleagues, and foster an inclusive culture while delivering great customer service. Hours include early mornings, late nights and weekends with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Ability to influence and listen to others.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves to support store objectives.
• High resilience to work through problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the best customer experience in line with the Morrisons brand.
• Drive the store's commercial performance as if it was your own business.
