Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to run a busy store with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will lead the team, shape the customer experience and drive performance in line with the Morrisons brand.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will recruit, coach and develop colleagues, build community links, and ensure the store operates with safety and service at its heart. You will work early mornings, late shifts and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to deliver the best customer experience in line with the Morrisons brand.
• Recruitment, induction, training and development of colleagues.
• Drive store performance and commercial outcomes as if it were your own business.
