Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to run a store with an entrepreneurial spirit, putting customers, colleagues and the local community first. You will lead a team to ensure a great place to work and shop, reporting to the Area Manager.

You will recruit, induct, train and develop staff while building strong relationships in the local community and driving the store’s commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced, service focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire to create a successful team culture.
• Ability to influence, listen and understand other perspectives to inspire and think broadly about new ways of doing things.
