Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager who runs their own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, placing customers, colleagues and local communities first. You will lead a team to deliver the best customer experience in the market, drive commercial performance and manage recruitment, induction, training and development while building an inclusive culture where everyone can excel.

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced retail or service environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and develop staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to create a customer-centric store culture in line with the Morrisons brand.
• Continuously seek ways to improve service and customer experience.
• Drive the store's commercial performance and act as the owner of the business.
• Oversee all people activities including recruitment, induction, training and development to foster inclusion.
• Build and manage relationships to support the local community.
