Job summary

As a Store Manager at Morrisons, you’ll run your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, with your customers, colleagues and local communities as your number one priority. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead a team to deliver the best customer experience and drive store performance.

Your role also covers recruitment, induction, training and development, and you will build an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Lead a team to create a culture where our customer experience is the best in the market, in line with the Morrisons brand.
• Always challenging and thinking of new ways to serve customers better.
• Work to maximise store commercial performance, treating it as your own business and seeking improvements.
• Lead all people activities including recruitment, induction, training and development, building an inclusive culture.
• Build and manage relationships, supporting the store's role in the local community.
