Morrisons Daily is seeking an entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead a busy local store. You will run the store like your own business, serve the local community, develop your team, drive performance, and create a top place to work and shop.

You'll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing career progression, while ensuring operational excellence and strong customer experience. Flexible shifts include early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, convenience or hospitality is helpful, but leadership capability is prioritized.
• Ability to coach, inspire and develop team members.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and hit daily targets.
• Resilience and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in pitching ideas and encouraging new ways of working.
