Job summary

Greggs Store Manager in Reading is looking for a proven leader to drive performance at a high-volume rest-stop. You will manage the store’s budget, coach your team, and uphold brand standards to deliver memorable customer service at Reading Services on the M4.

You’ll lead shifts, optimize operations, and partner with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth daily running and a strong team culture. This role is a pathway to Site Operations Manager within Moto Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality.
• Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs and driving efficiencies.
• Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels.

Greggs Store Manager – Lead the UK’s Rest Stop Revolution

40hrs per week - up to £37,000 per annum
