Greggs is seeking a Store Manager at Birch Services, Heywood, to lead the UK’s Rest Stop Revolution. You’ll run a high-volume, guest-focused store, coach your team, and drive brand standards while managing budgets and P&L.

You’ll have clear progression towards Site Operations Manager, plus enhanced benefits and flexible working patterns to fit your life.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality

• Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies

• Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels

• Skilled at motivating teams through coaching, training, and succession planning

• Calm, decisive, and focused when the pace picks up
