Job summary

Greggs in Reading is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume site at Reading Services on the M4. You will drive performance, coach your team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage budgets and P&L, maintain brand standards, and deliver consistently excellent service while running shifts from opening to close in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering or hospitality.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coaching, training and succession planning experience.
• Calm, decisive, and focused under pressure.

Greggs Store Manager – Lead the UK’s Rest Stop Revolution

40hrs per week - up to £37,000 per annum
