Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to run an entire store with an entrepreneurial spirit, prioritising customers, colleagues and local communities. You will report to the Area Manager and lead a team to achieve the best customer experience and commercial results.

You will oversee recruitment, induction, training and development, and drive an inclusive culture while building strong community relationships. Flexibility around early mornings, late nights and weekends is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced, service-led environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a team to deliver great customer service.
• Resilience and problem-solving to drive store performance.
