Morrisons in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a store with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will drive customer experience, coach your team, and act as a shopkeeper for your local community.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will recruit, train, and develop colleagues, manage commercial performance, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Flexible hours reflect early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire to create a successful team culture.
• Ability to influence, listen to others and think broadly about new ways of doing things.
• Hands-on approach to supporting the team and delivering store objectives.
• High level of resilience and the ability to work through problems.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to create a culture where the customer experience is best in the market in line with Morrisons.
• Continuously seek new ways to serve customers better.
• Drive the store's commercial performance and run it like your own business, seeking improvements.
• Lead all people activities including recruitment, induction, training and development to foster inclusion.
• Build and manage relationships with customers and the local community.
