Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager in the United Kingdom to run your store with entrepreneurial spirit, placing customers, colleagues and local communities first. You will lead a team to deliver the best customer experience and strong commercial performance.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will recruit, coach and develop colleagues, build relationships with the local community and ensure you uphold Morrisons standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a team to deliver great customer service.
• Strong collaborative and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
