Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive store performance, recruit and train staff, and foster an inclusive culture that empowers everyone to deliver great service. Flexibility is required.

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate and inspire the team.
• Proven skills in influencing and listening to diverse perspectives.
• Experience with recruiting, induction and development of staff.
