Job summary

Morrisons Store Manager role focused on running a store with an entrepreneurial mindset and a customer-first approach. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding service, recruit and develop staff, and actively enhance the store's performance while engaging with the local community.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will shape the team culture, set high standards for customer experience, and drive improvements across operations to ensure the store is a great place to work and shop.
