Morrisons is looking for a Store Manager to lead a busy community store with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will drive a high-quality customer experience, manage a team, and take ownership of the store's performance.

This role requires flexibility to meet customers' needs, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. You will recruit, onboard, and develop colleagues, maintaining a culture where everyone is encouraged to deliver outstanding service and contribute to local community
