Qualifications

• Experience leading an operation with accountability for customer, financial and organisational outcomes.
• Ability to navigate HR policies, including dismissals and ER cases.
• Proven leadership and coaching capability with teams of managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Convenience Store to deliver on purpose: make good food, joyful, accessible and affordable daily.
• Plan and prepare for upcoming trading activity using commercially minded insight; manage safety and legal compliance.
• Lead through change, drive customer experience and store performance, and mentor staff.
