Job summary

Clarks store in Northampton seeks a Store Manager to lead and motivate the team, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will oversee opening/closing, inventory control, merchandising and cash handling while developing staff and driving revenue growth.

The role requires proven retail management experience, a passion for retail excellence, and flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. Strong leadership is essential.
