Job summary

Clarks International in Horsham is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling, while recruiting and developing staff for sustained performance.

The role requires proven retail management experience, a passion for retail results, and flexibility to work a 7-day pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
