Job summary

Clarks in Crawley is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, and cash handling, while fostering a high-performance environment that motivates staff and enhances the shopping experience.

The role requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for retail with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
