Job summary

Clarks in Swindon is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations, recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, and monitor KPIs to maximise profitability. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays and a passion for retail leadership.
