Job summary

Clark's in Horsham is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service during a busy weekend-friendly rota.

You will oversee opening and closing, inventories, merchandising, and cash handling, while recruiting and developing staff to maximize performance. The role rewards your leadership with a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow within a heritage retail brand.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
