Job summary

Card Factory in Prudhoe is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dedicated team and shape a welcoming, high-performing store environment. You’ll set clear direction, coach staff, manage merchandising, and ensure smooth daily operations with a customer-first mindset.

You will work closely with District and Regional Managers to drive improvement, celebrate successes, and foster a culture where colleagues feel supported and valued, day in and day out.
