Job summary

Card Factory in Caerphilly seeks an energetic Store Manager to lead a high performing team at our busy store. You’ll coach, inspire, and champion a customer‑first culture, using data to steer daily operations, merchandising, and payroll decisions.

You’ll partner with District and Regional Managers to drive growth and celebrate successes. You bring leadership experience, an inspiring presence, and a people‑first mindset, with strong communication and tech savvy to keep store systems running
