Job summary

Card Factory is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store in Bradley Stoke. You will guide a team, shape a positive culture, and create a space where colleagues feel supported and inspired.

With a customer-first mindset, you will drive energy and confidence in every decision, using data to stay on track and move the business forward. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, merchandising, and payroll while working closely with District and Regional Managers to grow the store and celebrate
