Responsibilities

• Leading from the front by delivering a first-class customer journey.
• High standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Driving store sales and achieving commercial targets.
• Recruiting, coaching and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
• Owning stock management and product presentation.
• Using business data to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Building lasting relationships with customers, including high-value clients.
• Recognising and rewarding performance while addressing underperformance.
• Collaborating with Area Manager on new retail initiatives.
