As Store Manager you’ll own the store, maximise performance, manage KPIs, merchandising and operations, and coach colleagues to build a motivated, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing successful teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop successful teams.
• Commercial awareness with confidence using sales data to improve performance.
