Job summary

Costa Coffee at Tesco Colney Hatch is seeking a Store Manager to drive store performance, lead a talented team, and deliver outstanding customer service every day, in line with Costa's brand standards.

You will own day-to-day operations, manage sales, payroll and stock, mentor colleagues, build community relationships, and ensure a welcoming, high‑quality store experience that reflects Costa values.
