Job summary

Costa Limited is seeking a Store Manager for Tesco Nailsea to own store performance, develop the team, and deliver Costa’s high standards for service and hospitality.

You will drive sales, manage profit, and lead your people in a busy retail environment, while building strong community ties and representing the Costa brand with pride.

• Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers
• Creating the perfect setting that customers want to come back to again and again
• Taking ownership with brilliant management of sales, profit, our teams, and recognition

Store Manager – Tesco Nailsea – 35,000 per annum - Permanent
