Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Store Manager for Watford Harlequin, offering up to £38,000 per annum in a permanent role. You will lead store operations, drive customer service and performance, and shape a welcoming Costa experience.

As a Store Manager you’ll own sales and profit, coach your team, and partner with local communities to grow the business. We value leadership, customer focus and a passion for progressing the Costa brand.
