Job summary

Costa Coffee in Ely is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, customer service and team development. You’ll own sales, profitability and routines to deliver great guest experiences in a busy Costa store.

The role includes management of teams, leading service culture, driving NPS and community engagement, with a competitive salary up to £37,000 per annum and a strong benefits package.
