Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for Crowborough to lead a busy store, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will recruit, coach and motivate your team, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience that encourages loyalty.

As the successful candidate, you’ll manage operations, finances and people with energy and a clear growth mindset, while upholding Costa standards and brand values across the store.
