Bill's are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of their brand-new Bill’s restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2. In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of the operation, building and inspiring a high‑performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring every detail reflects the Bill’s brand. From team development to operational excellence, you’ll create a vibrant, welcoming environment that makes every visit memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to optimise profitability, drive sales, and maintain high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Build and inspire a strong team culture, providing coaching and development.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
  • Financial Management: Take accountability for P&L, stock control, labour management, and payroll.
  • Compliance: Ensure food safety, health & safety, and brand standards are met.
About You

The right candidate will :

  • Have proven experience as a Store Manager in the hospitality sector (minimum 3 years)
  • Be passionate about leading and developing teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, stock, and payroll.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
  • Exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
  • Be enthusiastic about creating a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards.
