Deputy Manager – Retail

We are seeking a committed and passionate Deputy Manager to join our growing team at a flagship store. Your role will include providing world‑class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and supporting the store in achieving sales and operational targets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise.
  • Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.

Branch Manager

Role overview: Branch Manager – Permanent, 44 hours per week, 7 am‑4:30 pm Monday‑Friday with a Saturday rota of 8 am‑12 pm.

  • Lead the branch team to meet performance and service standards.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling and risk management.
  • Develop and execute branch growth strategies.

Salary: £33,325 per year basic with a 10 % zone allowance. Bonus/OTE up to £43,309 per year.

Store Manager – Heston

Location: Heston Services, M4 J3/2, Phoenix Way, Heston, Hounslow, Middlesex TW5 9NB.

  • Manage all aspects of store operation and staff performance.
  • Create a memorable customer experience through strong people management.
  • Support the store in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Salary: Up to £36,000 per year. Working hours: 40 hours per week.

Travel Service Partner – BA Crew Room

Role responsibilities: Delivering exceptional service to travellers, adapting to early‑bird and red‑eye flight needs, providing travel money solutions, meeting key performance goals in a customer‑focused environment.

  • Provide accurate travel money advice and support.
  • Process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Adhere to Travelex compliance procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain high service quality through excellent communication and customer relationship building.
