Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own store performance, drive sales, lead your team, and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day.

Offering a leadership role with flexibility to travel across the designated area, you’ll manage shifts including evenings and weekends while maintaining high standards and strong commercial results.

Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Tyneside Area and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.

As the leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
