Job summary

B&M Stores in Pudsey is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be fully accountable for store performance, drive sales, coach your team and deliver excellent customer experiences every day.

As a leader, you’ll adapt to flexible hours across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, make commercial decisions to maximise profit and ensure high store standards.
